      Q: Let's say I want to try out your services. How do I know when, how much and what you charge?

      A: Of course I will discuss rates, terms, and conditions with everybody right away upon first contact. There will be however a chance for you to "test" me which will be free of charge. Up to both of us to figure it out....

       

      Q: Why are you doing this? Didn't you have a great job exactly in the field you developed into over your career?

      A: Yes and No. True, I had a good position with my previous employer. But there always comes a time when the pioneering time is over and daily routines take over. I am more the adventurer and pioneer. Plus I was looking to work geographically more independently in the field which I consider "real fun".

       

      Q: How flexible are you? Could we hire you for an extended period to oversee projects in Europe such as training, machine layout, etc?

      A: I am highly flexible and always interested in getting to know new people, processes, and places. I would certainly be able to arrange for up to 4 week assignments abroad.
